Owns the overall narrative structure and key scene transitions inside the canvas. The Director keeps the story coherent, ensures the idea develops clearly from frame to frame, and makes sure the final output follows the intended creative arc.
The Art / Prompt Engineer
Responsible for tuning prompts and generating high-quality materials in the generation environment. This role shapes the visual direction, controls output quality, and iterates until the generated material is usable for the next stage of production.
The Editor
Works inside the canvas to assemble the final piece, including optional music generation when needed. This role connects the generated materials into a complete ad, refines timing and rhythm, and prepares the work for delivery.
