How to Use This Handbook

Use this as a working guide, not a theory document. The most useful parts are the templates, checklists, and role definitions, which can be copied into your own process and adapted to fit the way your team operates.

A simple way to use it:

  • Read the relevant chapter before starting a project.
  • Fill out the brief before generation begins.
  • Use the checklist before launch.
  • Revisit the role definitions whenever ownership becomes unclear.

This handbook assumes a connected workflow where concepting, generation, editing, and iteration happen in one system rather than as disconnected handoffs.
