Asset guardrails
- Keep brand cues visible early.
- Protect legibility on mobile.
- Use a repeatable naming system.
- Preserve masters and source files.
- Build reusable elements whenever possible.
- Maintain approved character, product, and environment references.
- Keep a central library of color palette, logo, typography, motion rules, and layout rules.
Collaboration guardrail
The team should work like a small startup: the Director drives the narrative vision, the technical creative role makes it real, and the workflow layer connects the work so the whole process stays fast, integrated, and easy to move through.
